Site Opens at Noon on Friday

and Closes at noon on Sunday

 

Site Fee: $12 for adults,

$ 6 for youths 6-17 and

Children under 6 are admitted free

Family Max $36 (2 adults and their Children and wards

  Non members Surcharge:  $3 for ages 18 and up

Electricity:

Tents $10 per connect per event.

  RV’s $10/day($20 for the weekend)

Merchants will be set-up in the “Village” style merchant row.

See Map of site- Merchants in a WIDE row with the

Big Feast Tent (BFT) at one end.

 

 

      Site policies:

1. All domestic pets welcome.   Pets must be leashed at all times.

2. Site is wet, period containers only please.

3. Ground fires allowed only in a pit in camping area,

     - unless a burn ban is in effect.

4. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian;

     They may also attend with BOTH a Signed & Notarized –

      a) Minors Event Waiver Form

      b) AND Medical Authorization for Minors Form –

    from the parent or legal guardian.

5. Children under 18 yrs. allowed on the Castle,

    only with a parent or legal guardian present.

6. Make checks payable to: SCA, Inc., Barony Bordermarch

7.  Campsite trash should be bagged and placed along side the road by 11am Sunday

8.  No Camping in Feast or Merchant Area that is being known as The Village.
