Welcome one and all to

Bordermarch's 30th year celebration

with Autumn Melees &

Special Fall Crown Tourney on Sunday!

UPDATES: Site closing time extended through Sunday day to accommodate Crown Tourney.

Bordermarch has not contracted for site use for over night on Sunday, the site owner agreed to allow us extended use on Sunday.

The Barony is not preparing feast for Sunday PM. There will be a sideboard lunch on Sunday. Court Sunday on the field at the conclusion of the Tourney.

We will need to take down, clean-up and clear site well before dark.

Anyone needing to camp Sunday night may work out over night camping with the site owner- but this is not included in the event site fee.

Autumn Melees Gate closes at noon Saturday and re-opens for Crown Tourney at $12.  Melees Site fee includes the Special Fall Crown Tourney.

Site open at Noon on Thursday!

-Roping off camping areas is not allowed

camp sites are on a first come basis. You may still set-up camps for friends and family coming later.

We got a fire truck for site. Fire will be allowed in containers or fire rings. Please be careful and keep an eye on spares and ambers.

remember: The Site Owner does not want "Fire Pits" dug in the campgrounds.

Greeting good folks of Ansteorra,

At Bordermarch Autumn Melees on Saturday morning before the melees, I with a trusty assistant for crowd management, will be available to issue authorization cards. If you need a replacement card and are currently in the database you can get it replaced here with no mailing involved. If you are a newly authorized fighter with a signed authorization form get a card issued at the event on the spot! If you are adding new authorizations and have a signed authorization form get it issued here on site while you wait! Don't miss this opportunity to join me for November Marshallate Madness, this crazy frenzy of card issuing might not come again!

Hope to see everyone at Bordermarch on Saturday!

Notes about “reserving space” and Electricity:

Bordermarch has held land allocation at site as a first come, first grab basis.

We have plenty of land for camping with water available through-out the site.

Electricity is only active/available along the first row.

UPDATE!!!!  Additional Electrical plugs now active!  All of the first row has power, PLUS NOW: the north end (towards the castle) of the other two rows!

Electric Access is through 30amp RV plugs that you need to have an RV adaptor to plug a regular extension cord into.  Wal-Mart generally has these in the camping section.

Camping is restricted to Merchants  and Taverns in the area of the BFT and Merchants Row.

All the electricity on site is through 30amp RV plugs- so you will need an RV adaptor.

Bordermarch pays the site owner for electricity used-

Meter is read before and after an event.

Please pay at gate if you plan to use electricity and attach your electrical tag to the extension cord where it plugs into power access.
